Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Foundation of Change website and community service programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Program Participation

Participants must complete all coursework honestly and in good faith. The maximum daily hour limit is 8 hours per day. Attempts to manipulate the timer or submit fraudulent reflections will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of completed hours.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable once access to program materials has been granted. See our Refund Policy for details.

Certificate Issuance

Certificates are issued upon verified completion of all required hours and reflections. Acceptance of certificates by courts, schools, or other institutions is at the discretion of those institutions.

Limitation of Liability

The Foundation of Change is not responsible for the acceptance or rejection of certificates by any court, school, employer, or agency. Participants are responsible for confirming acceptance before enrolling.
